5 Great Aerial LED Displays at Trade Shows

By Miguel Peguero on May 6, 2026

As anybody who regularly attends or works at trade shows knows, the industry has gotten increasingly screen based. For many, many reasons (visibility, vibrancy of colors, brightness of graphics, flexibility in size and shape… the list goes on) LED is the clear front runner when it comes to the type of screens we see being used.

Of course, with highly limited floor space, organizations are constantly looking for ways to maximize the amount of space they have for attendees within their booths while attracting as many eyes as possible. They want people to stop by, and the way to do that is to make sure their booths stand out.

The question is, how? Between strict decibel limits and a very crowded event space, there’s only one answer: visuals. And when you combine the goal of freeing up floorspace with the need to capture attention, there’s one surefire way to do that: incredible aerial LED displays.

This doesn’t simply mean screens that rise slightly higher than the rest of the booth or neighboring ones. It means flexible LED walls that hug the corners of two-story story displays. It means moving LED screens that can be programmed to rotate as visuals change. It means flown structures, globes, and cubes with visuals on every side, capturing attendee attention as they walk by and giving them another surprise when they walk under them.

Keep reading to see five incredible aerial LED displays and learn why we find them so impactful.

Novalis at TISE 2026 in Las Vegas

The Novalis booth at TISE earlier this year stood out for more than its aerial displays or unique, distinctive spaces. It was the seamless combination of a natural, organic look with a high-tech, ultra-modern aesthetic.

The large, circular sign sharing the brand’s name rose high above the rest of the booth, attracting attention from far away, while the leaves on the inside of the LED sign gave dimension and played off the green color in the logo. Meanwhile, a modern tree display rose out of a central desk, with several flat found screens at different heights. These screens gave attendees the feeling of looking up at trees while walking through.

The overall result? A clean, inviting, and attention grabbing display that was mirrored in the rest of the booth.

Aramco at World Petroleum Congress 2021

The visual focal point of Aramco’s 70’x85’ booth at World Petroleum Congress was the custom-angled LED ceiling with ten narrow, curved LED screens.

With the shortest screens on the sides and the longest in the middle, rotating visuals were mapped across the screens, creating an overhead graphic that could be viewed across the room or by standing directly underneath the display.

The entire booth utilized interactive and high-tech content, like a digital laboratory, areas where visitors of the booth could explore advanced technologies that aim to reduce emissions, a holographic wall, and 9 custom interactive applications.

The result was an experience that captured, and kept, the attention of attendees.

L’Oréal at AAD 2025

Let’s be real: L’Oréal’s massive 80’x140’ exhibit wasn’t as limited for space as a traditional trade show booth. Of course, when you’re showcasing seven different consumer brands, even a large exhibit footprint gets used quickly!

With a variety of aerial displays, including rounded LED surfaces, LED walls that wrapped around corners, and integrated lighting on displays, the artistic design elements made the booth impossible to miss.

On the ground, a combination of modular core structures and custom, brand-specific components were utilized to bring all of the consumer brands together in a way that honored each of them separately while keeping the design cohesive.

When the primary purpose of your trade show booth is launching your new brand, the pressure to stand out becomes even more intense.

Luckily, the bright colors and bold design elements that are staples of the Emerald Works brand is naturally attention grabbing. Coupled with modular LED cubes flown high above the exhibit, the group immediately stood out to attendees of Learning Technologies 19.

The inviting design was reinforced by interactive experiences, including a meeting area, a podcast zone, an interactive AV wall, and a game that allowed attendees to compete for prizes.

The “City of the Future” booth at ISE 2025 featured too many unique aerial LED displays to count – which is exactly what we’d expect from modular display creator beMatrix.

The multi story booth relied heavily on LED, hanging it overhead to mimic the sky, as curved displays that were hung vertically and wrapped around the underside of the structure to provide visuals on the ceiling, as archways, standard displays, and more.

The large booth with unmatched creativity also included several different areas where attendees could sit, talk, and interact with their surroundings.
