Event Spotlight: Venue Crawl NYC Vol. 3

By Miguel Peguero on August 13, 2025

Excitement about our first two venue crawls and the possibility of exploring new venues has continued to draw interest – which is why we recently hosted our third NYC venue crawl. Because of the summer season, we had a smaller group, which allowed us to create a more intimate format. Rather than ending the event with a large cocktail party and networking event, we changed the format and hosted dinner for the attendees at our final stop, Tavern on the Green.

Attended by a group of meeting planners and other events professionals, the venue crawl took us to six unique venues – including two familiar sites.

Because our attendees didn’t attend our first venue crawls, we decided to visit two familiar favorites: 3TS and Casa Gessi. The first, a variety of meeting spaces in a deluxe high rise, and the second, a boutique event space in SoHo, couldn’t be more different, and we loved showing off the instant tone each of the venues set.

At Casa Gessi, we were treated to the culinary excellence of Chef William Lawrence of the Lawrence Food Group, who made incredible light bites to kick off the crawl.

At Le Jardinier, our guests were able to explore the four onsite event spaces, including the main dining room which is available to rent for private events.

Meanwhile, at Jean-Georges at 425 Park, meeting planners got to see the private and semi-private spaces available to rent for events on the first two floors before climbing the elevator and traveling to the 26 floor. With a 360 degree view of Manhattan, the Diagrid Club at 425 Park can host up to 200 guests for cocktail events.

At Tavern on the Green, our team was treated to a three course meal by the incredible team who not only treated us with amazing hospitality, but joined us for the meal. The venue, which has six different onsite event spaces hosting up to 300 seated guests in the largest, is one we are incredibly familiar with. In fact, it’s where we host our annual Freuds event!

Our team loves hosting these venue crawls, and plans to do many more in the future! We believe it’s a great opportunity to help other industry professionals connect, make new connections, and explore some of the venues that we believe make for incredible event experiences.
