Event Spotlight: Venue Crawl

By Miguel Peguero on March 10, 2025

As an AV and production partner, we’ve worked in every type of event venue throughout New York City. We love getting to partner with event planners during the early stages of event planning to help them find exciting, wow-worthy venues that meet the technical needs of their event.

At the end of February, our team hosted our first venue crawl with the goal of introducing local planners to some of our favorite new and unique venues in NYC.

The event space at Well& 151

We started at Well& 151, whose team hosted lunch and a tour for the 50 attending event planners. After learning more about the space, we boarded the coach bus that took us to the remaining four venues.

The event space at 214 Lafayette

Our second venue, a historic townhouse turned into a boutique event space, took us to SoHo. At 214 Lafayette, our guests explored the amenities, including an outdoor patio, an 8 foot deep indoor swimming pool, boardrooms, and a large showcase space, perfect for live events, with a total capacity of 200.

The Halo event venue in NYC

At Halo, the third stop on our tour, guests experienced a much different aesthetic. The sleek, modern space was repurposed for events, with its centerpiece being a skylight fountain that provides incredible sunlight and views.

Level10 in New York City

During the fourth stop, event planners were treated to a sneak peak of a venue that will be opening later this spring. Level 10 at the Starrett-Lehigh building is a brand-new event space featuring a conference room, a multi-level terrace, and dining.

The Expo Space at Olly-Olly Market

The final stop of the evening brought us to The Expo space at Olly-Olly Market where our team produced a panel discussion. This allowed us to give event planners a taste of what an event would really look like in the trendy creative exhibition space, while answering their questions.

The planners loved learning about venues they haven’t worked in before, and we were excited to help them envision future events in the spaces.
