Event Spotlight: Venue Crawl NYC Vol. 2

By Miguel Peguero on May 12, 2025

Our first venue crawl was such a hit that we couldn’t wait to do a second one!

Several event professionals, including event planners, caterers, sponsors, and more, joined us as we toured six unique venues around NYC.

The crawl kicked off at 3 Times Square with a tour, presentation, and some light snacks. After checking out the space, the attendees boarded a motor coach bus sponsored by DH2 Transportation, to head to the second destination.

At The Times Center, we explored the 378-seat auditorium with incredible views of The Times Building’s atrium, as well as the 5,000-square foot Hall, a raw white box space with a modern aesthetic and incredible flexibility.

Our third venue, PAC 251 Fulton St., is a multi-story building with three theatre spaces that can be used separately or combined, making it perfect for a variety of event sizes, types, seating configurations, and more.

At Well& Durst on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, venue crawl attendees got to experience breathtaking views in the 10,000 square foot event space with six distinct areas.

Our next venue took us up to the 102nd floor of One World Trade Center to ASPIRE at One World Observatory. The flexible space provides room for up to 450 guests, onsite catering, and floor to ceiling windows for dramatic views of the city.

At our final stop, Sky Loft, Miguel hosted a panel discussion with the venue crawl’s sponsors, including the CEO of D2H Transportation, Nancy Vargas, Ivan Piedra of AGNYC Productions, Kevin Scharfstein from 2XL Imaging, and Jeremy Patuto from Gramercy Tech.

The entire event was a great way to show off new venues, connect with industry partners, help event professionals build new connections, and talk with some incredible vendors in the NYC area.
