What does conference AV production include?
Everything the audience sees and hears: the general session stage, screens and LED walls, audio, lighting, breakout room AV, speaker support, and show calling. We can also add livestreaming, recording, and custom scenic.
Can you handle the general session and breakouts at the same time?
Yes. We staff and equip every room, from the mainstage to the smallest breakout, and plan room flips so sessions start on time. One dedicated team runs all of it, so nothing falls through the cracks between rooms.
Do you provide show calling?
Yes. A show caller runs your cues from the booth, keeping speakers, videos, music, and lighting in sync with the run of show we build together.
Can you work in hotels that have in-house AV?
Yes, all the time. Many hotels have an in-house AV partner, and some charge outside vendors fees for things like power or rigging. We coordinate directly with the venue, handle the paperwork, and flag any fees up front so there are no surprises on your final bill.
Can you livestream or record our conference?
Yes. We can stream your general session or the whole program to any platform, bring in remote speakers, and record every session for on-demand viewing later.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for spring and fall conference season. Two to three months is ideal for a multi-day program. That said, we can move fast when you need us to.
