Northeast 6 cities
Our home turf. From the Javits Center and Midtown ballrooms to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Boston's BCEC, and the casino resorts of Atlantic City, the Northeast is a short drive from our NYC office, so our own team and gear can be on site fast. Union labor is common at the region's major venues, and we plan our crew around it from day one.
Southeast 9 cities
Orlando and Miami Beach host some of the largest shows in the country, Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center and Nashville's Music City Center are booked year-round, and New Orleans brings a city where the evening event matters as much as the general session. Charlotte, Raleigh, and Myrtle Beach round out the region with corporate meetings and association conferences. Peak seasons fill up fast, so we lock in crew and gear early.
Texas & South Central 5 cities
Texas convention centers are huge, and so are the shows. Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio each host major conferences and trade shows, and Oklahoma City's newer convention center rounds out the region. Big halls and long distances call for careful freight planning, and we work with trusted local partners so you're not shipping a full kit from New York.
Midwest 4 cities
Chicago's McCormick Place is the largest convention center in North America, and Indianapolis is a favorite for association meetings and conferences. Milwaukee's Baird Center and Des Moines' Iowa Events Center round out the region. Chicago's labor rules are some of the most detailed in the country, so we read the show manual early and plan our crew to match.
Mountain & Southwest 3 cities
Las Vegas hosts more trade shows than almost anywhere in the country, with the Las Vegas Convention Center and the resort ballrooms on the Strip booked year-round. Denver and Phoenix are fast-growing conference markets. Many resort venues have an exclusive in-house AV provider, so we sort out those rules early and work alongside the house team when needed.
West Coast 5 cities
From Moscone Center in San Francisco to the convention centers in Los Angeles, Anaheim, San Diego, and Seattle, the West Coast hosts many of the country's biggest tech, entertainment, and industry shows. Union rules are strict at most major venues, and freight from the East Coast takes time, so we build both into the timeline from the first call.

Out-of-town events, answered
Do you only produce events in New York?
No. We're based in New York City and have produced events here since 2012, but we produce events across the country. The cities on this page are where our clients take us most often, and we're happy to go anywhere in the US.
Do you bring your own team or hire locally?
Both. A dedicated One Way team plans and runs your event together, and we bring in vetted local production partners and crew in each market. You get the same standards and the same team behind you, without paying to fly a full crew across the country.
Can you work at convention centers with union labor or exclusive in-house vendors?
Yes. Every convention center has its own rules about labor, rigging, power, and exclusive services. We read the show manual early, coordinate with the venue and the general contractor, and plan our crew around their requirements so there are no surprises at load-in.
How far ahead should we book an out-of-town event?
As early as you can. Two to three months gives us time to lock in crew, gear, and freight at the best rates. Tighter timelines are possible. We've built a full booth with interactive LED games in just three weeks.
Do you ship gear or rent it locally?
It depends on the show. For specialty gear, custom scenic, or a look that has to match exactly, we ship from New York. For standard audio, lighting, and video, we often source from trusted local partners, which saves on freight and gives us backup gear nearby. Either way, you get the same standards, and we'll walk you through the tradeoffs in your proposal.
Who handles freight and drayage?
We do. We schedule freight to hit the venue's move-in window, coordinate with the general contractor on drayage (the venue's material handling), and make sure everything is labeled for the advance warehouse or direct-to-show delivery. You won't be chasing tracking numbers the week of the show.
Can you support a multi-city roadshow or tour?
Yes. We build one show package and one run of show, keep a consistent lead on the road with it, and add local crew in each city. That keeps every stop looking and running the same, from the first city to the last.
