Local crew and gear on the ground in Las Vegas
Event production in Las Vegas
Vegas is a different kind of show. We plan like it.
Las Vegas hosts more trade shows than almost anywhere in the country, and it runs on its own rules: union labor jurisdictions, exclusive in-house AV at many resorts, and freight schedules that don't bend. One Way Event Productions brings our New York production standards to Vegas and handles those details for you.
We're in Las Vegas show after show, with a local crew and gear we work with every time, backed by our full production team in New York. You get people who know the buildings and the city, and a dedicated team that plans your event together so nothing falls through the cracks.

Know before you go
What to know about producing an event in Las Vegas
A few local details that can make or break a show, and how we handle them.
Know the labor rules
Las Vegas convention halls have specific union jurisdictions for setup, electrical, and rigging, and limits on what exhibitors can do themselves. We check your show's rules before we plan the crew.
Resorts often have exclusive AV
Many Strip resorts have an in-house AV provider and charge fees when outside companies bring in gear. We price that in up front and work alongside the house team when it makes sense.
Freight runs on a tight schedule
Big shows use advance warehouses and strict target move-in times, and missing your window gets expensive. We schedule freight so it lands on time.
Big show weeks fill the city
When a major show is in town, hotel rooms, crew, and rental gear get scarce. Booking early protects your budget and your crew.
How we work
A whole team behind your event, not just one person

- Planned together and reviewed together
- Backup built in, never a single point of failure

FAQ
Las Vegas event production FAQs
Do you have a team in Las Vegas?
Yes. We have a Las Vegas crew and local gear we work with show after show, backed by our full production team in New York. You get local people who know the buildings, and a dedicated team planning your event together.
Can you work at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes. We plan around the show's labor rules, exclusive services, and move-in schedule, and coordinate with the general contractor so your booth goes up on time.
Can you work in Strip resorts that have in-house AV?
Yes. Many resorts have an exclusive AV provider. We'll work alongside them or bring in our own production where it's allowed, and we'll explain any fees before you sign anything.
Can you build an LED wall into our trade show booth?
Yes. We build LED walls right into beMatrix and Aluvision frames, and we've built interactive LED games tough enough for real footballs.
How far ahead should we book a Las Vegas event?
Three months or more is best, especially during major show weeks when crew and gear book up citywide. We can move faster when you need us to.
