Philadelphia hosts major medical, pharma, and association meetings, and it's one of the easiest cities for our team to reach. One Way Event Productions brings full production to Philly: audio, LED walls, lighting, staging, and livestream, all planned and run by a dedicated team that knows your event inside and out.
At about two hours from our office, Philadelphia is practically home turf. Our team and gear drive down from New York, so there's no airfare and no long freight timeline, and we add local crew when the show needs extra hands.

Exhibitors can build their own booths
Under the convention center's Customer Satisfaction Agreement, exhibitors can set up and tear down their own booths, of any size. That gives you more control over how your booth gets built and staffed.
Union crews still matter
Rigging, electrical, and many hotel ballrooms still use union labor. We confirm who does what before show day and staff our team to match.
Drive, don't ship
Philly is close enough that we load a truck in New York and arrive the same morning. That saves freight costs and keeps your gear in our hands the whole way.

Big conventions, sports, and holiday events can tighten hotel rooms and loading docks fast. We lock in your dates and dock times early.

Do you have a team in Philadelphia?
Our core team is based in New York City, about two hours away, and we drive down with our own gear. For bigger shows we add vetted local crew, with the same dedicated team the whole way.
Can you work at the Pennsylvania Convention Center?
Yes. We plan around the venue's labor rules, exclusive services, and move-in schedule, and we coordinate with the general contractor so your setup runs on time.
Can exhibitors set up their own booths in Philadelphia?
Yes. Under the convention center's Customer Satisfaction Agreement, exhibitors can set up and tear down their own booths, of any size. Some work, like rigging and electrical, still has its own rules, and we'll sort that out with you.
Can you work in Philadelphia hotels that have in-house AV?
Yes. We can work alongside the hotel's AV team or bring in our own production where the hotel allows it, and we'll explain any fees up front.
Do you cover the suburbs, South Jersey, and Delaware?
Yes. We work across the Philadelphia suburbs, South Jersey, Atlantic City, and Wilmington. If it's within a few hours of New York, we can usually drive it.
