What to know about producing an event in Orlando
A few local details that can make or break a show, and how we handle them.
Hurricane season is real
Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November. For late summer and fall events, we plan backup timelines and talk through contingencies early.
The convention center is huge
Getting from one end of the OCCC to the other takes time. We plan crew, carts, and gear staging so nobody loses the morning crossing the building.
Know the exclusive services
Rigging and food run through the convention center's own services, and special effects need fire marshal approval. We order early and handle the paperwork.
Winter and spring fill up fast
When the rest of the country is cold, Orlando's convention calendar is packed. Lock in crew and gear early for January through May.

Do you have a team in Orlando?
Yes. We have an Orlando crew and local gear we work with event after event, backed by our full production team in New York. You get local people who know the venues, and a dedicated team planning your event together.
Can you work at the Orange County Convention Center?
Yes. We plan around the venue's exclusive services, move-in schedule, and fire marshal requirements, and coordinate with the general contractor so your setup runs on time.
Can you work in resorts that have in-house AV?
Yes. Many Orlando resorts have an in-house AV partner. We'll work alongside them or bring in our own production where it's allowed, and explain any fees up front.
What happens if a hurricane threatens our event?
We talk through contingencies before you sign: backup dates, flexible freight, and what happens to gear and crew if a storm hits. If the forecast turns, we're in touch early so you can make calls with time to spare.
Do you cover the rest of Florida?
Yes. We also work in Tampa and Miami, and anywhere in the state your event takes you.
