Can you work under my company name with my client?
Yes. We're happy to support you behind the scenes and follow your lead on client communication. Just tell us how you'd like to run it.
How fast can you turn around a quote?
Usually within a couple of business days once we have the basics: date, venue, guest count, and what the day looks like. Rush quotes happen too, just let us know.
Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?
All the time. We coordinate with the venue's team, handle the paperwork, and flag any outside-vendor fees up front so there are no surprises.
What if my client changes the plan last minute?
It happens, and we plan for it. Our team stays flexible right up to show time and will tell you honestly what's possible.
